"I have been with State Farm-Christian McClungs office for 15+ years. The rates are great but the customer service is amazing. Something you just don't get very many places anymore. Whether I call or go into the office I always feel like they are ready to help. Not a huge turnover so you get to deal with the same people, and everyone seems to love their job. I would definitely recommend this office based on customer service alone, the great rates are also a bonus. They have seen me through 3 teenage drivers and now insure them as adults."

"I have been with State Farm for quite a number of years. My agent and I not only had a good agent / client relationship, we also became great friends. A couple years ago he decided to retire. I asked him for suggestions for a new agent and he pointed me towards Christian McClung's office. I met with Christian and decided it was a good match. As I met his staff, I found them welcoming, friendly, responsive and they work hard to do what's best for the client. This last year my wife was involved in a minor accident that totaled her vehicle. During the claim process, I had the pleasure of working with one of Christian's Customer Service Representatives, Aliah. She made what seemed like an impossible mission easy, comfortable and successful. She walked us through the claim process, and what we were unable to do ourselves She handled for us. In the end we were all happy and I made a new friend. We are very happy with our relationship with Christian and his office"

"I recently purchased a new car and needed assistance with switching my auto insurance from my old car to the new one. Chris made the process easy and seamless. After spending an entire, exhausting day at the dealership, it was refreshing to have Chris make this process easy and stress free. A few weeks after purchasing the new car Paige helped reduce some cost by utilizing multi car coverage. Her intentionality to understand and help meet my needs were beyond average customer service. It was extraordinary. It makes me really appreciate being covered by State Farm (my homeowner's coverage is through State Farm as well). I recommend them 1000% !!"
